Maurten Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 combines a high dose of carbohydrates with caffeine. One serving mixed in 500ml of water provides 80g of carbohydrates, 320 kcal, and 100mg of caffeine.

The drink uses Maurten's hydrogel technology. In the acidic environment of the stomach, it transforms into a hydrogel that encapsulates the carbohydrates, helping to transport them through the stomach to the intestines, where they are absorbed.

Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 is primarily intended for intense training, long races, and the later stages of endurance performance when you want to utilize the effect of caffeine in addition to energy from carbohydrates.

Usage

Pour the contents of one sachet into 500ml of water. Shake thoroughly until the mixture is completely dissolved.

When planning your intake, consider caffeine from other gels, drinks, coffee, and other sources. The effect of caffeine is individual, so first try the product during training.

For proper hydrogel formation, the manufacturer recommends using water with a calcium content lower than 80 mg/l.
