Maurten Drink Mix 320 allows you to consume a high amount of carbohydrates in liquid form. One serving mixed in 500ml of water provides 80g of carbohydrates and 320 kcal.

The mix utilizes Maurten's hydrogel technology. In the acidic environment of the stomach, the drink transforms into a hydrogel that encapsulates the carbohydrates and helps them pass through the stomach to the intestines, where they are then absorbed.

Drink Mix 320 is particularly suitable for intense training, races, and long endurance activities with high energy demands. It can also be used before exercise to replenish carbohydrates or afterwards for faster recovery of energy reserves.

Usage

Pour the contents of one sachet into 500ml of water. Shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. You can consume the drink before, during, or after activity.

For proper hydrogel formation, the manufacturer recommends using water with a calcium content lower than 80 mg/l.
