Maurten Drink Mix 160 is a liquid energy source for training and racing. When mixed with water, it contains maltodextrin and fructose, which convert into a hydrogel in the acidic environment of the stomach. This helps transport carbohydrates past the stomach and into the intestines, where they are absorbed.

One serving provides 40g of carbohydrates. The lower concentration compared to Drink Mix 320 is especially suitable for longer activities at lower intensity, warm weather, or situations where you want to replenish energy gradually.

The drink has a neutral taste and contains no added flavors, colors, or preservatives.
